I’ve been getting flooded with calls, texts, emails and all I can say is that you should’ve pre-ordered for $250 when I had them available through the online store. Wekfest SF is manana and I’ve been running around town picking up everything for tomorrow’s event. Made my way out to Oakland after that to scoop some stickers, yes finally some Shoepreme slaps! So I’m on my way to do a meet-up when I get “the call”. The phone call went a little something like this, “KD YOTD’s just hit _____. Go now!” Haha. Before the conversation ended needless to say I was already on my way. Went to store numero uno and walked away with a size run…BOOMSHAKALAKA!! I thought I was done for the day until I got another call to head out to another spot.

All in all Thursday was a HUGE success. After being in the car for too damn long it was time to hit up the Warriors game! This was the view on my way to the game. Man I love California, so dope!!

I barely made it to the game just in time to link up with the homies. We had some pretty nice seats. If you look real hard you can see Monta & Dorrell Wright rockin’ the Concord XI’s. Lil’ Nate Robinson played the first half in the Flint XIII’s and then switched it up to Playoff XIII’s for the second half.

The Warriors walked away with a “W” and I came home with a $5 McDonald’s parachute arch card that I boxed out the dude next to me for! Haha.

Next day I went and had my weekly sushi lunch. Haru-Sahn was trying to figure out my Rubiks cube while we grubbed on Maguro, Hamachi, Oysters, and everything else.

After lunch I had to meet-up my dude @TwentyAte28 and drop off the grip of shoes he had me hold till he got back to Cali. For my #zapatosdeldía I went with some 1′s. ROYALTY. If you’re not already, make sure you follow me on Instagram: @Shoepreme.

Oh yeah picked up a few pairs of the Nike Foamposite One Metallic Reds that didn’t even make it to the online shop. These shoes smelled like straight glue!! I wonder how many dudes will be rocking these on Valentines day?

Complex Magazine decided to go ahead and drop their version of the Internet meme “Shit… Say” with Shit Sneakerheads Say. Chances are you’ve mentioned these phrases a few times. Nike has been putting out a slew of videos promoting Kobe’s newest shoe, the Nike Zoom Kobe VII System. This is hands down the best clip they’ve released yet and Kanye killed it! Haha. Watch and enjoy!

Yo! #TEAMSHOEPREME I decided that with us ringing in a new year that it was time to change things up a bit. New year, new look! I’ve been quiet on the bliggity blog lately due to all the holiday madness but with the fresh layout I’ll be back at it soon enough. I’ve got A LOT in store for the brand this year as well as some other major moves in the works. 2011 was a great year and a huge improvement from 2010 but it’s time to take things to the next level and I’m glad that ya’ll will get to be a part of it and witness the magic happen in 2012.
